While we strive to provide reliable care for your pets, there may be circumstances beyond our control that require a cancellation or reschedule from our end. Here’s how we handle these rare situations.

Weather-Related Cancellations:
In the event of severe weather, such as when public schools are closed, we will reschedule dog walking and puppy package appointments for a safer time. However, rest assured that for families on vacation or who cannot care for their pets, we will still make every effort to fulfill visits as scheduled.

Personal Emergencies:
In the unlikely event that I am unable to provide services due to a personal emergency, you will receive a full refund for the affected services. To make up for the inconvenience, we also offer a free 30-minute dog walking session for your next booking. If you are on vacation and I am unavailable, I will work diligently to arrange care with a trusted, qualified caretaker to ensure your pet is still looked after.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! We appreciate your business and look forward to caring for your furry companion!
